During an open activity check, we contact the claimant and schedule a time when we determine the information that is important to YOU. In most cases, our investigators discuss the claimant’s current health situation, any physical activities and take a still photograph of the claimant. A comprehensive report is provided which details the observations of our professionals along with any supporting materials.  The rate indicated is for subject's within a 75 mile radius of our offices.  Please contact us for rates outside of this radius.
